Cigarettes neither have medical value nor do they have any other perceived benefit to the (ab)user except premature death and the experience of one of the heaviest physiological addictions known to man. Fact: It has been scientifically proven that nicotine is more addictive than heroin, and cigarettes are legal?
This altogether leads me to conclude that all of our (western) 'controlled substances laws' are highly illogical, irrational and very costly indeed.
